Exhibitor Move-In (April 11th, 2025 @ 8:00am - 3:30pm)
*Vendor badges and packets will be available for pickup when you check in at the Gaylord Texan Convention Center.
Event Opens (April 12th, 2025 @ 9:00am - 4:30pm)
Exhibitor Move-Out (April 12th, 2025 @ 4:30pm - 8:30pm)
